Returns Info

You must notify us within 24hours of receiving your item/s via email to enquiries@ftcountrygifts.co.uk if you are not happy with your purchase.

To make sure we have all the right information upon your item/s return please complete and package our returns form. 

A copy can be found on the link if you have misplaced yours.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however should you change your mind for any reason then we will refund any items returned to us in the original, saleable condition within 14 days, starting the day after the goods are delivered.

 

Unfortunately we don’t offer a free returns service and the cost of returning your purchase to us must be covered by you.

 

You can return unwanted items with the completed returns form that accompanied your order.

If you do not have a returns form click the link at the top of this page, or please make sure you put a note in your return parcel with your name, contact number order number and original receipt to speed up your returns process.

 

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please state this clearly on your form along with the new item you would like.

Returns are processed within 7 working days of arrival to us and a refund or exchange (as requested by you) will then be issued shortly. Please be aware at very busy times such as New Year and following bank holidays, this processing time may be extended but will be no longer than 14 days.

What if my order has arrived damaged?

You must notify us via email within 24 hours upon receiving your package.

 

All damaged products are to be returned to us within 14 days of original complaint.

 

We do require photographic evidence of damage to the packaging as well as damaged product/s, this is to be uploaded at the time of original contact with us. Unfortunately any evidence sent after initial contact will not be accepted.

Once receiving evidence of damage you will be required to return the product/s along with original purchase receipt.

 

All return postage expenses are covered by you, however a refund will be offered if we are satisfied the product/s are as stated in our Important Information Section and you do not want a replacement.

Please keep your proof of postage receipt as we will require a copy of this to complete your refund.

Postage refunds for damaged item/s only, are up to a maximum refund cost of £6.99. 

 

As soon as we receive your damaged product/s we will offer either a replacement product subject to current stock or a refund to the original payment method upon prompt return to us, please allow 7-14 days after for a refund.

Please make sure your item is returned to us in new condition, clean and dry. We cannot accept returns if they are used or dirty.​

Are there any products i am unable to return?
  • All Confectionery products are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

​

  • Earrings are not accepted for return due to hygiene reasons.

 

  • Liquids, creams, gels and cosmetic products will only be accepted for return or exchange if new and unused.
